All our Santa suits and santa gear are warrantied to be free from defect of manufacture and workmanship. We, at our sole discretion, will exchange, refund or otherwise compensate the customer. You will recieve Santa suits and gear as described or we will make it right.

In returns or exchanges, customer is to pay all shipping with the exception of defect of manufacture or workmanship.

Not responsible for typographical errors on the site.

Returns and Exchanges :

• We do NOT accept returns for items that 'do not get there in time'! Ordering in a timely fashion is the responsibility of the purchaser. If there is a question about timeliness of delivery before the purchase is made, contact us for further information 704 288-0953. Should an item arrive on December 27, congratulations on having something for the following Christmas!

• Wearables such as the Santa Suits are NOT returnable under ANY circumstances (other than for shipping damage).

• IF THERE IS A RETURN YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE HAND!

• No returns will be accepted due to color, for example, you don't think your new suit is the "right" shade of red. Computers and monitors vary on how colors are displayed. Colors on this site are representative only, and are not exact.

Turnaround: A customer wishing to make a purchase near the holidays should understand that our shipping department can become backed up due to high demand.
